The Sims 3 Island Paradise Keeps Crashing!!!!!!

My The sims 3 Island Paradise Keeps crashing. I can play it for a minute or two but when I try changing clothes or hair on my sims, or when I use a premade sim and get into game, then try to use the Island Paradise stuff, the game crashes!

That is what I get up every time... It's really frustrating cause I've been looking so forwards to this game, and now I feel that I've just wasted my money and time, even though I'm a frequent simmer and all my other (I have all released) games work... It's just so sad this one doesnt.... Please help?
