Sims don't go to audition/ No pop-up for work at home careers [ Edited ]

Hello!

I searched the internet for hours and can't find a place where I could download patches.

I've already checked everything you mentioned but my game is fully up-to-date and I've also tried repairing it. I'm still having the same issue (sims don't go to auditions in Get Famous) apparently resolved with patch 1.60.54: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-GF-Looking-for-Audition-cancels-can-t-go-to-auditions/td...

Would you happen to know where I could find that patch/what the issue is?

@JustineJuly Tested your save, there's def something broken. The work from home careers are also not working.

Since you only play one family, I would suggest to save it to the library and place in a new save. You'll loose inventory and relationship but keep all other progress.

I tested, it works on a fresh save.

To be sure: You never ever used mods/cc on this save, right ? I know you said you stayed clear of them but to make sure that's what it means.

I'll forward your save to QA though

@JustineJuly  Are you having an issue with auditions, or with gigs?  This bug is current:

If that's not your issue, please list your exat patch level, as in, 1.62.xx.xxxx.

Thanks for your reply. 

I've having issues with auditions. 

Sorry for being an absolute noob but I don't know how to know which patch I have. 

I bought the Deluxe version of the base game and Get Famous on Saturday and have kept the game clean of any mods, etc.

@JustineJuly  Load the game to the Main Menu, and look along the bottom of the screen.  You should see something like version 1.62.xx.xxxx.

Indeed, they simply don't go. 

It is listed in their career panel and I get a notification saying "X's audition starts in an hour".

But when it turns 9am (which is the time of their audition) they just don't go and the audition disappears from their career panel.

On their phone they have the option to "check for gigs" or "hire new acting agency" and that's it.

@JustineJuly Click on New on the main menu to start a new save game instead of the one you're having the issue with and see if it happens there also.

You can later load the old save with no issues, this is just for testing to see if it's related to the save game itself or a general issue in your game.
