The Sims 3 Crashes on Create a Sim for no reason

In The Sims 3, the game crashes for absolutely no reason in Create a Sim. I have also experienced either bugs or glitches where the sim doesn't either load with textures and only a pink texture less body with gaps in the model and another time where the shirt was the skin of the sim and there are no trousers. What could be causing this and how would I fix it? Thanks.

Nope, I only have things from the Shop in game installed. And if I do I'll be sure to take them off. What else could cause my problem?

could be you need updates to your card and or your system is not strong enough to run the packs

My System has usually worked fine with the game, though recently I have installed a new Graphics Card so I might need to update that. I have also decided to Verify the game see if that helps but hasn't yet completed repairs as my internet is not so good, but other than that the game has run fine up until now. I'll have a look about the DxDiag as well. Thank you.

After Multiple Attempts at Fixing the Problem with my game. I have had to resort to finding out here with my dxdiag. I've edited out big chunks that probably have nothing to do with my graphical problem and crashes.
