Sim joins household and merges with the others

Since the last patch everytime a sims joins the household he takes his skills, emotions, friends and copys over the other sims in the household. Why and when is this problem gonna be fixed?

Are you using any mods ? Are those Sims you add or Room mates you get via the new room mate system ?

No mods, and no roommates, really joining the active household. It's seems like the game won't select another housemate, it simply selects them all and uses the one who joined the last.
