Origin and The Sims 3 Home site are giving me problems when logging in.

Origin has come up several times in the last month wanting me to sign up (again). I start to until it asks for my credit card info. WHY should I give it that? I do not order from Origin. Plus, not long ago it made me change my password. I do not think Origin should need anything once I have signed up. I will NOT give out any credit card info unless I were to be buying something.

 

The Sims 3 Home site also had me change my password once. I have an internet address book where I have written down my new passwords so if I should forget them I can look them up. Tonight when trying to log on to the TS3 Home site it denied me quite a few times until it finally accepted my password. The thing is I typed the same password every time. What is going on here? I find these two problems quite frustrating.

EA was having server issues yesterday so that was the issue then.

 

About the other stuff, I would contact customer support

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
