what is activation UI? everytime I try to open up my sims game it gets as far as the welcome page when I press "play" it takes about 2-10 minutes before a "activation IU" tab pops up on my screen saying "Activation IU has stopped working"
-> check the web for solutions then close
-> close program every time I try to click on it it crashes what do I do!?!!? this has been happening since February 
Try reinstalling Origin
