Game freezes in community gallery

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Get together, Seasons Dine out, Outdoor retreat, Parenthood, Spa day, Vampires Cool kitchen stuff, Kids room stuff, My first pet stuff, Perfect patio stuff, Toddler stuff, Vintage glamour stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any time I am using the community gallery to look at lots, I click a lot then click the different pictures and once I press the X in the right corner, you cannot click anything else and the game is frozen in that screen but the sound/music continues.
What happens when the bug occurs? Any time I am using the community gallery to look at lots, I click a lot then click the different pictures and once I press the X in the right corner, you cannot click anything else and the game is frozen in that screen but the sound/music continues.
What do you expect to see? You can X out of that menu and return to the community gallery, but this does not happen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hi  @keiraskyler

are you sure you removed all your mods ? This issue is usually caused by an outdated version of the UI Extension mod.

Make sure to also delete your localthumbcache.package file
