Exponentially increasing loading times the longer you play a savegame!

I just wanted to drop in and say that there is something wrong with increasing loading times the longer you play a savegame. I would understand a slight increase in load times, the longer you play, but my main savegame already takes 15! times longer to load up than a new one, which still wouldn't be a problem if it didn't affect every single loading screen ingame except the worldmap one. In a game ridden with loading screens that's the one thing to make sure it becomes unplayable.

Loading screen breakdown: New Game vs. 152 hour savegame on

loding Savegame: 8 sec - 79 sec
loading Map: 3 sec both
visiting Park: 11 sec - 55 sec
home from Park and other lots: 8s ec - 87! sec
visiting Crick Cabana: 6 sec - 45 sec
Manage Worlds: 4 sec - 20 sec

Origin Digital Deluxe, no CC or mods, 4725kB savegame size on 120GB Samsung 840 Evo SSD.

How big is your save game now ?

4725kB, loading the home lot takes ~80 seconds every single time, I stopped playing 2 days ago bc the loading times kept increasing steadily. New games are ~1050kB big and load 12-13 times faster, the only loading screen that doesn't seem to be affected is the world map one.

Edit: Here is another simmers savegame, it's even bigger than mine, loads forever on the owners machine and freezes upon loading on mine.

Yeah, there's something weird with that savegame. I had the music playing over music bug on it and it crashed on traveling for me.

Thanks a lot! Could you maybe check one of my own saves too, if you find time to do so? Just as reported, loading it takes 70+ sec on my current setup, traveling to the park ~55 sec, loading the home lot +70 sec again. It's best to load the van Brink's @ Whitehaven (Oakenstead).

It would be much appreciated! I'd really like to know how it performs for other persons that were not affected by growing loading times so far.

Museum took 45 secs, park took 39 secs.

So comparable to yours.

 My loading screens are getting longer and longer. At first loading screens between lots took 5-10 sec each, but now - 2 minutes. My saves are about 5,63 MB (after 2 weeks of playing Sims 4).

Yeah, we have similar systems. I only have a 550 ti and 8 GB or RAM (I think, maybe it's 12) but that doesn't matter since the game can only use 4 anyways.

Also same size save games as mine. EA needs to work on those loading screens.

DId you check how far the RAM usage goes up on the loading screens ?
