Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to San Myshuno, destroy(bulldoze) these 2 lots from world menu: [1]. Spice district, karaoke bar. (30x30 IIRC) [2]. Uptown, gym. (30x20 IIRC)
What happens when the bug occurs? Both lot values are 0 simellon. A new sim can buy a lot with zero simellon. Other lots are worth $2000-3000, but not for these two.
What do you expect to see? What do you expect to see? Put an appropriate value on each lots. Is there any specific reason why these lots are avaliable for free?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
