Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Newest update
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of the expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs. However I use no mods and CC.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Starting the game, play through, and walking up the stairs.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game takes hours to initially load (which is why I can’t get the version number right now), when I manage to get in earlier after 4 hours my sims could not walk up the stairs when I clicked on a place to walk to upstairs, and then the game randomly crashes.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my game to take 30 seconds to initially load up, my sims to walk up the stairs, and no crashes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after the last update, I thought buying the new expansion would fix it but nope.

Hey, I really love the sims (which I guess is obvious since I have all of the purchasable game content), but the game is insanely broken right now. 
it takes hours for my game to initially load up, before the latest update it took only 30 seconds for the game to load up. 

On top of that when I manage to load the game earlier (after hours of trying) my sims could not walk up the stairs. 

And then I started to redesign my house by adding in new content from the new expansion pack, and my game would freeze every 5 minutes. And after 30

minutes it completely crashed my whole computer. 

Like I said before I love the sims. But the game is unplayable right now. Basic mechanics are broken, the game takes hours to load, and then it will freeze and crash. It is really disappointing, since I was really excited about the new expansion pack.
