Sims 4 wont update error 196619:0

Origin wont let me upgrade Sims 4. Error code is 196619:0. For some reason the cssfile for ea's website also wont load so i can't reach the customer support on my computer (on my phone right now). Not sure if these errors are connected to eachother.
I am not using any proxies. firewall and av disabled.
I tried updating after right clicking and selecting "start as an administrator".

Any ideas?

I am starting to regret buying this game.
