Lost Activation Code

Hello,

I recently had my computer wiped clean because it was constantly shutting down due to numerous virus's. This also meant that the download of my Sims 3 base game was also destroyed. When I went to re-download the game, I found that I could not find the booklet, ergo the registration code. I did register my game online. I was wondering if I could be sent another activation code. I would download a digital copy, but my internet is shoddy at best.
