Today I ordered a few expansion packs and when I did so, I saw something about registering them on the sims 3 website. I tried to register them, but none of the product codes worked. Do we just not register them or what? These are downloads I got from Origin if that makes a difference.

Thank you for the link. i tried all the troubleshooting methods, but still am experiencing an issue. I sent an email to EA about it - hopefully they will be able to help me! I also forgot to mention that one of the games I bought from Amazon and I am having this issue with that game as well.
