Bugs When Reading Books [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Read book (no bookshelf on the property) ->
What happens when the bug occurs? sims waves, thens bugs and restarts
What do you expect to see? I try to end the read book task, and my sims bugs up, and their hand motions are messed up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

After the recent updates for Eco-Living, every time my sims go to read a book they don't put it on a table or floor, they bug out. I have to keep resetting them or restarting the game.

@elverstone Does this only happen in that particular house or could you test another house ?

I remember testing similar with the tutorial but i had MCCC in at the time and the put away books option caused exactly this, otherwise it was fine

Maybe they can't reach the place where they want to place the book ?
