Since the 16th August patch that introduced the lovely sliding doors and ceiling fan, there is a bug whereby all in-game screenshots are upside down and back to front in the Mac version of the game. It's really not a big issue and is easily fixed by going into your screenshots folder, opening the images in Preview and turning them round the right way and flipping horizontally.
EA are aware of the issue and looking into it.
The world map screen is also inverted when placing lots from the gallery:
Solved! Go to Solution.
It's not enough to simply flip the image around. My images are upside down AND backwards, so they need to be horizontally flipped as well as turned 180°. That can still all be done in Preview.
Yep, you're absolutely right I've amended my post. I also noticed that after flipping in Preview the Screenshot Manager in-game can no longer see them. Is this also happening for you?
Thanks, StSciurus! I figured out how to flip the picture right-side-up, but I didn't know I could flip the picture horizontally until you mentioned that!

I've merged your bug forum thread with this one. Both issues have appeared since the August patch and only affect Mac users. The upside down loading map is purely aesthetic (we're not in Inception or the Upside Down) whilst the screenshots can be rectified in Preview
