Regarding your username, you can change your EA account public ID using your account settings at https://profile.ea.com. This is separate from your Pogo screenname.

I called you guts in response to the same issue and was told to clear my cache, cookies and history. After all of this it didn't help. You people always seem to want to blame it on our computers, browser issues, etc. Truth is I have the same issues no matter what browser I am using or if I cleared my computer as told. I did find if I restart my computer the issue will go away for 1 or 2 days. Please bear in mind I never had this problem until everything started switching over to EA. I feel this is an internal problem and you guys should own up to it and FIX IT.
