We purchased the product and my daughter didn't play for quite awhile and cannot remember the email she used to set up the account so can't get on anymore. I have just created a new profile in order to be able to ask this question because we couldn't log in to help without the email which we can't remember.
Can we please get help? The product code has already been registered to another email...the one my daughter used....so we need to fix this.
Please advise.
