Sims 4 NEED HELP

My Sims 4 game (Origin Download) loads completely but when I click on my family to play, it loads like it will start up, but then goes back to the map screen. I've tried EVERYTHING. I have restarted my computer, restarted the game, let my computer sit over night, try other load games, and NOTHING is working. Please Help!!
