Sims 4 Get to work won’t install

I just bought the Get To Work extenstion pack digitally in origin but it won’t install and I can’t figure out how to manually install it.

I’ve read about 500 different forums on how to download it ,but they were all from around 2014,hense don’t work.

It says i’ve bought it but for some reason just won’t install.

what error are you getting when trying to install the pack through Origin ?

No error shows up ,it hasn’t automatically installed like the other packs,and I can’t figure out how to manually install it.
It’s not an issue with storage space on the computer either.

If you click on Sims in Origin, there should be a tab called extra content.

Find the pack and there should be a download button there.

are you using a macbook? because I am having the same issue and it is supposedly an issue for everyone. I have 14 packs that are uninstalled and I can't re-install now.

No I’m using an acer it’s really weird

Have you tried repairing the game ? Do you not have a repair button either ?

If not, try deleting Origin cache files: https://crinrict.com/blog/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files.html

I’ve repaired the game a couple of times and it’s also fully updated too

But you don't have any content ?

Do you have no button at all on Get To Work ? Did you try deleting Origin cache as suggested above ?
