Lot missing and household

I took out all my mods before updating and place them back after and my household are gone and also my lots and my save files are duplicating themselves

@kiiaox  Please remove all your mods and leave them out.  Just move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  Then test the game and let me know which issues are still happening.

If your saves and lots are duplicating, please describe this in more detail: where do you see the duplicate copies, what happens in-game, that sort of thing.  Screenshots would also be helpful.
