Trackpad rotate not working on mac

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.59.73.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except 3: romantic garden, island life, and strangerville
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trackpad controls are not working properly in game, specifically the pinch zoom gesture and the two finger rotate

What do you expect to see? Trackpad controls are not working properly in game, specifically the pinch zoom gesture and the two finger rotate
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the 1.59.73.1220 update.

Trackpad controls are not working properly in game, specifically the pinch zoom gesture and the two finger rotate on Mac (fully updated game no cc as of 12/22/19.)
