steam purchase is not working, that we know, and it is a big shame this has been 6 months and nothing has been done to solve this issue.
but now even the web sub is not working and seems to be broken,
I tried using both PayPal and a credit card to subscribe and neither seems to work, there is a message about and error code 0.
are you trying to keep players away from your game? what is going on and why do money paying customers do not get their money's worth?
I have sent an email with the screenshot to the SWTOR tech team and yet to have heard from them. SWTOR name is Eladbell

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona Eladbell (not Eladbelle) that EA account uses a walla.com email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support also said they do not see an email from you , was that sent from the email on the swtor account ?

if you call swtor support when the lines are open, they may be able to update the email on that linked ea account to one that can get the email
otherwise you can try the recovery process via help.ea.com for an origin account see https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/

The problem is that @Walla.com can't get Any mails from EA and I can't call them..
