Hi,

I also have a issue with a steam 30 day subscription purchase, my account is still preferred status but my accounts are linked from what I've seen on the email receipt.

  • USA: 1-(855)-345-2186 (Support available Monday- Saturday from 15.00 UTC - 00.00 UTC)
  • UK: +44 (0)208 1969 890 (Support available Monday- Saturday from 15.00 UTC - 00.00 UTC)

    Do not use the (0) if located outside the EU country listed, eg. for UK dial +44 208 1969 890

will check the account with swtor support and they have your email with the screenshots , response will be in about 11 hrs when support are online for the day

 

be sure to email with the same email address used on that swtor account

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue

Seems the screenshots sent in were cropped so screenshots as seen in the sticky need to be sent in as well, but thye cant add the gametime until the account issue is resolved

Managed to solve the issue and a small tip for others who have this issue, seems like SWTOR registered email was on another EA account which was "dormant" and needed manual activation with a password reset since it was not accessed for a long time. Sent everything via email and had a phone call too to solve it and now the subscription is active. 

 

PS: After the account issue was solved, all similar errors with purchases via Steam "should be" gone and be active as soon as they're purchased from Steam alongside the Visa cards payments on the SWTOR accounts too.
