I'm opening this knowing full well ou probably won't be able to solve the issue and direct me to support.
I'm a returning player to SW;TOR and looking to play
I used to have a security key - the battery has now died so I can't login -
If I try to reset password - I have to have the security key, which I don't have
There doesn't seem to be a way to contact support that isn't calling them.

If both the password and security is unknown then you need to call swtor support to prove account ownership before they will remove the key to allow the password reset.

Realised I used the wrong account this morning. I've got 2 EA accounts.
I can't easily use the phone, is there an alternative way of contacting them?

Not for the issue you have , you can email support@swtor.com and wait about 3 -4 days for a response and they will respond to call them
maybe use skype or voip to call them

Thank you for the help, unfortunately calling them isn't an option for me.
I'll try emailing them and see what they can come up with.
