[FIXED] Reward Trait still available after purchase [ Edited ]

Platform: PC

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Everytime since October 31, 2023 update
What is your current game version number? 1.102.190.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? With a sim that has bought traits from rewards store check the rewards store again and see the  bought trait is still available to buy.
What happens when the bug occurs?  Bought traits appear still buyable from rewards store..
What do you expect to see? To rewards store to function as it was before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? October 31, 2023 update

My sims have already redeem the trait in the Rewards store but somehow the trait I bought is not locking after the purchased, I think this happen after Discovery Quest update

@L0NEBIRD Any mods/cc in your game ? If so, did you test without them ?

I've also have this problem. I have no cc or mods and I've also tried repairing the game but it didn't worked.

ps: I have all of the packs, stuff packs, kits etc.

The bug template is sometimes not being displayed due to high traffic.

I'm experiencing an issue with the Rewards Store since the October 31, 2023 patch. Rewards that my Sims have already "purchased" are not showing up as unavailable, as they were before. They still show in the Simology panel as having been purchased, but when I go to get new rewards, the ones already purchased are not greyed out, which means I have to flip back and forth between the Rewards Store and Simology to decide what to get. I have attached two pictures to demonstrate the issue.

I just noticed the issue as well after the discovery quest update.

I've also checked older save files before the update, and they also exhibit the same issue so it's affecting the base game itself.

I have this too. PC user. No Mods. Happened after patch 1.102.190.
