 Every time I double click on my game shortcut, the launcher will come up and say:

 

"There was an error during setup. Please see the Log for more details."

 

I have no idea what to do! I don't even have an option for just the launcher, its nowhere on my comp. (I have Windows btw), it only comes up with the games and gives me the error message.

 I've tried everything and I'm at a loss. The games all work just fine on my sister comp and hers is the same as mine...

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

I did, I tried everything! The game and all of its EP's work just fin on my sister's PC, and hers is pretty much the same as mine.

So you've uninstalled everything, made sure no traces of the games were left on your hard disc and the registery, then reinstalled the base game, checked if it worked and you still get the error ?

 

Did you rename the user folder to see if it's the user data ?
