check antivirus and firewall isnt blocking and reboot the router/modem 

see if you can ping launchpad.swtor.com if it responds there is something blocking locally

It's not from the router or from the antivirus trust me. It worked very well until yesterday morning when it suddenly stopped working and this happened.

From what I saw it happened a few times in the past but than it took only a coupple of hours to fix it

I am pretty desperate since i tried every way possible to contact the developers but nothing worked. I still didn't get an usseful response.

As i mentioned if a ping responds to launchpad.swtor.com something locally is blocking , so does a ping respond ? 

I can login from Australia for example

So you say that If I get a VPN from let's say Australia it might work?

depends on the cause , if its a routing issue sure, in those cases the ping to launchpad.swtor.com will timeout

I mean I am from Europe and idk it might be just a local problem on the EU serveres
