Problems with skipping/stutter the game freezes every few seconds as if its lagging I have played with the settings in firing range and can't seem to fix it.

@MrBandaids I had an issue like this, for whatever reason I had to run apex as administrator , guess give that a try, that or check for GPU Updates

I am also having this issue. The game is currently unplayable in the sense that I can join a lobby, but am a huge target as my squad mates described me stopping every few seconds leaving me defenceless. On my screen it glitches and everyone around me stops, as if time froze for them, but I can still move. Then it resets me back a couple meters. During this time is when my squad mates noticed me not moving from their point of view
