EA help not working

Hello,

I’ve tried to contact you several times on EA help, but I keep getting the same answer where you want me to write a new message on EA help. I only need help with downloading three Sims 3 expansion packs that are pre-owned. (Sims 3 generations, sims 3 pets & sims 3 world adventures) The codes aren’t working and I need to update the discs to 64 bit so it works on my Mac. Please help me because I want to be able to use the packs.

@USA-Europe  Try contacting  EA Help on Twitter or Facebook.  The Twitter option seems to work especially well during U.S. business hours.

However, if your packs are pre-owned and you could never register them to your account, support won't be able to help you.  When the packs are already available on your account for 32-bit, it's simple for a support rep to add the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit Mac version.  But if these codes have been registered to a different account, you won't be able to add them to yours.
