I purchased Spore a few years ago and lost the disk case along with the code but i have a spore account and have saved creatures on it, is there a way for me to get the game on this computer without buying the game again, I'd also like to add further proof that i had the game its that i have achievements from game play unavailable in the trail version.

Nope, unfortunately that is not possible .
You need the code during the installation of the game, otherwise you can't installed.
