I lost my account ( Help needed! )

Earlier today , i was playing pvz 2 and got an unexpected crash without any warnings

then i clicked again PVZ 2 app and i was shocked to see i Lost all of my profiles 

I tried Clear cache and force stop , none of these would work .

I have spent more than a hundred dollars on this game and i wish 
they can reply asap.

If you have an apple device or installed it through your Google play account try uninstalling/ reinstalling and if that doesn't work then you need to contact EA HELP CENTER (below) and give them your player i.d. number.

If you linked up your game progress to Google or Apple you should be able to recover it by signing back into the account. We always recommend syncing the game progress up in the event a device is lost, broken, or files become corrupt.
