items removed from owned packs

I bought new packs months ago. everything was working great until I log in today and see everything has been removed. I don't know what happened as it was working yesterday, there weren't any updates that I remember. The pack were the Werewolves and vampires packs as well as the grunge pack.

the game still says I bought them I just don't know how to put them back on to my game, help please.

Update I don't know how but everything is back, right now though my only problem is that everyone that was once a vampire or werewolf is now human.

@Demolotl  If you loaded the save, and saved your progress, while the packs were missing, the associated content was removed and will need to be reapplied.  If you'd rather not go through that process, you can try loading a backup save from before the packs disappeared:
