Sims 4 wont load households

Help! I just downloaded the sims 4 deluxe edition and one expansion pack ( cats and dogs ). I entered the game and went to manage worlds but when I click to play a household it just endlessly loads and then won't let me exit out. I have tried restarting my computer several times and entering the game every time it's the same. I also keep getting a popup saying that information is missing or something and my one drive is saying that it has to redownload files that I deleted. So I recover them but it still doesn't work and I never deleted files.

I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling

@UnicornJoleen  If the uninstall and reinstall doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error or errors you're seeing.
