@XiaoZai0410  Windows key-X works in Windows 11 too.  If your Windows key isn't working, that's the reason the command wouldn't work.  But there are other ways to open PowerShell.  For example, you can instead search for "PowerShell" or "Terminal" and choose to run it as an administrator, then continue from there.

Never mind I Just fixed it. People using windows security need to go to protections history after trying to open the game. Windows was blocking access to a "Protected Folder" every time I tried to open the game.
