Sims 4 Cats & Dogs won't download. "Download Error".

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Cottage living, Snowy escape, Discover University, Island Living, Get famous, City living, Get together, Get to work. (Cats & Dogs, but this won’t work) Game packs: My Wedding Stories, Dream Home Decorator, Realm of Magic. Stuff packs: Nifty Knitting, my first pet, Laundry day, Romantic Garden.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Downloading Cats & Dogs won’t work. It will not download, all it says is "Download Error" etc. I don’t really understood this question.
What happens when the bug occurs? Its says "Download Error"
What do you expect to see? I expect the game pack downloading but it won’t.. Ive tried for months now.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

On the screenshots you can see that when I download it the message "Download Error" shows up. Ive have read every thread on EA help, Ive contacted Customers Experience and talked to many of the customers service, but everything that I have done, has not worked yet, I have tried, repair, reset tool, uninstall and install and still nothing.

If that doesn't help, are you currently signed into the same user account as the one that installed Sims 4 the first time?  That username is shown in your second screenshot, if you'd like to delete it.  If you're not in that account, please switch to it before trying to download the pack again.

@puzzlezaddict Thank you so much for your reply. I deleted the account and tried again, and NOW IT WORKS!!! Thank you for your quick reply !
