32- bit games

When trying to open sims it comes up with ' Your system does not support 32-bit games'. Apparently this is a hardware that is installed. How do i go about this? Thank you

@coraliezac  I take it you have a Mac?  It would still be helpful to know its full specs: everything under About This Mac except for the serial number.

Please also let me know which Sims game you're trying to play.
