hi im having the same issue with the steam sub, i payed for it yesterday a 30 day sub time and i got the receipt and confirmation and all but whem i got in the game im still preferred status

i've taken the pictures as and sent the email but got no reply or solution to it.

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

support have an email but cant add gametime until the account issue is fixed

unfortunately you will need to discuss this with swtor support , there is only so much info that can be provided on a forum

i can say the swtor account is disabled for purchasing (likely due to the linked ea account) and no gametime can be added until fixed.

Hello. I got 30 days subscription on Steam but it doesnt work in game. I sent the mail with screenshots to [edit: email address removed]. Also tried to contact with Steam Support. Is there anything more I can do for it? Thank you from now.
