Sounds good. Thanks so much for your help and clarification through this. The name of the case file on EA's side was the same subject as the email I made to swtor support so I assumed they were they same thing when they set the case to "fixed" I had just sent a new email to swtor support stating that the account still wasn't fixed even though the case stated it was before seeing your response. Hope that was ok.

if not done so yet, you need to cancel the swtor subscription in yoru steam account, it can be repurchased when this gametime ends
