I need help with account recovery

Hi, Im having trouble logging into my old account, as I've already changed my cell phone and lost acess to SK, is there any way to remove this SK from my account app please? I can't do anything beacause of linking my account with this SWTORSK app.

The acount name is Giubp.

have you tried removing the key per http://help.ea.com/en/article/swtor-security-key-faqs/

essentially leave the key blank and click the lost your key link

@proxos666 Yes but I don't remember my password anymore, so I tried to reset the password, when I received the email to reset the password SK wouldn't let me do it

You need to call swtor support when the lines open , they can remove the key after you prove as the owner , and then you can reset your password

not having both the account password and the SK working means you need to call

but I have my old email and I got the link to reset the password, only this damn SWTORSK wouldn't let me reset it, in another old account of mine I managed to reset and log into the account, because I still didn't have this SK

I understand, however you need to call to remove the SK without knowing the password , i cant change that response unfortunately
