Bought wife a bunlde of add-ons she had already had

Trying to see if there is a way that I can get a refund and buy something she doesn't already own. I'm new to this whole thing.

@JEGNJOFTW  You'll need to contact customer support.  Sims 4 DLC isn't normally eligible for refunds, but support usually makes an exception in cases of a double purchase.  I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
