I recently bought sims4 party edition digital download for the sims 4 on the PlayStation 4 . The download said you must have sims 4 to get the upgrades which we already have. There were supposed to be 3 party packs to be downloaded. nothing will download. Already contacted PlayStation 4 and was told to contact you. They said they could do nothing.
