Baby sim disappears

This is quite an urgent bug so any attention on it would be highly appreciated.
 
I'm not sure what triggers the issue, but basically we cannot have a baby.
The bassinet is empty.
The bassinet can be moved.
The bassinet bounces when clicked, with no available interaction options.
The bassinet is no longer in the family portrait.
The bassinet cannot be put in storage.
 
My Sims have retired which leaves me with empty slots. Creating sims does not have the extra 5th trait so it puts me at a severe disadvantage compared to other players everyday. Babies are a big part of progress, heirlooms, retirement in the game I hope it gets fixed soon.

Try to give them details of how the bug can happen. If just “me too” you can press the me too button on original post it’s easier for the developers to read 👍

So I have my phone and iPad connected through each and I was playing it on my iPad for like 1 to 2 hours and I aged up my sim then got one retired and I forgot to close the app on my phone then my phone reset it back to an hour earlier and my retired sim is now playable and the baby went missing player ID is 1003503995643

Exactly the same issue here SUPER FRUSTRATING! Not pumped to missing out on such a significant part of the game!
