How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look for a birthday cake over the head of my NPC Drake Gee. There is no way to get rid of it.

@Cindytg just out of curiosity, have you pressed birthday cake?

@givememore86 Yes... The only options there are to interact with another Sim or update in CAS. I've tried both to see if that would make it go away, but nothing seems to help.

I had exactly the same issue once in february this year. There is a bug report from that time that is marked as "Solved" because aparently it gets solved by itself.

@Cindytg thanks for the report. Are you planing on promoting your Sim and making him playable soon? I'm wondering if the cake icon disappears if you promote him.
