What ends up happening a lot @Shebalba64205 is that bugs get introduced during updates, because they stepped on a previous fix. That's why it comes out of nowhere. Happens all the time. Don't ask me how to get engineers to pay better attention. Back in my day, we had a department/division test suite that would catch that sort of thing, but I doubt it exists the way it used to in the 80's & 90's. Then during Beta testing, a large group of users would beat up on the software, report back to development, and we'd fix things that way. It cost time, but created better quality products.
