Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Post game, did not receive a pack or credits after leveling up from 16 to 17 and from 17 to 18

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing really out of the ordinary seemed to happen. but when i leveled up, the LT counter on the top left did not increase and no packs appeared underneath that.
What should be happening instead? I should have my 1200 Tokens and 2 packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level up characters and check if they are receiving LT and packs
i just restarted the game after a while and earned a pack for leveling up to lvl 19, and received a pack and tokens. Now i am 1200 credits down and will be out two packs, delaying the purchase of my first character by two levels missing some free swag.
