my game stuck in tutorial Fast-er Forward, it been a long time, what I already do:
1. Reconnect my connection
2. Restart my phone
3. Check the game update
4. Uninstall my apps and then installed it again
5. Report the issue to EA help since 24 March 2024 ticket number 173077482
6. try switching household and then switch back
7. troubleshooting
the issue is still not resolved, can u just reset my progress in Fast-er Forward event?
not reset my account but just reset the Fast-er Forward event only
