I bought sims 3 seasons last year but uninstalled it and the other expansions to make room for Sims 4. I installed the other games successfully yesterday, but for some reason, Sims Seasons keeps saying "No_Cd-Key" next to the product code. I bought it through origin. Has this happen to any of you guys before? What can i do to resolve this issue?

Hi @Oliviamaria11,
Did you by change register (install) Seasons while logged in on a different account?
If not please Clear your Origin Cache Files.
Then Run Origin as Administrator.

Hi. Thank you for responding. I tried to delete the downloadcache as instructed in the 1st link you showed, but can't find it.

@Oliviamaria11 You need to show hidden files in the file explorer view. Those files are hidden.

I have the EXACT same issue. I bought the game and the extra content last year, and I'm trying to install seasons and supernatural onto my computer again. In place of the product code, it reads: no_cd_key instead of providing the valid code, so I can't install the game. It's infuriating. I'm also using a mac computer, not pc.

Have you fixed it yet? If so how? Thank you!

Are you all on macs ?
On PC you won't need a code if you bought the game through Origin.
Just go to my games and install and download from there.
Mac might differ as there is no .1.69 for Macs but I recommend posting in the mac forum for that
Good Luck
