i cant start game, it gives me error message

line 911, mark 4,

unable to get property length of undefined or null reference

It asking, do i want to start the skripts in on these pages and when i say yes, pops up the same message. I've installed the game off and re-uploaded, but the problem remains

Script error on the launcher are usually caused by java either not being up-to-date or having an issue with the info that is sent from EA to the launcher.

Try updating java and if that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall it (java, not the game). Also make sure you have no older versions of java still installed on your computer.
