The Sims 3 Seasons (Limited Edition) - Exclusive Content Redemption Error

I tried to redeem my code for the Exclusive Content of The Sims 3 Seasons (Limited Edition) today but instead of getting the Ice Lounge content pack, what I could receive in my "Purchase History" was a second redemption of The Sims 3: University Life (Limited Edition) Exclusive Content. Now I have 2 copies of Party Packs and my code can not be redeemed again. Please kindly check and advise. Thanks!

You need to contact Customer Support for this

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

Silly question but did you try refreshing? I just redeemed for UL then redeemed for SHT but instead of the SHT content it was a duplicate of UL like you. I logged back in again later and checked my purchase history and there it was ready to DL instead of the duplicate UL
