Supernatural Vampire turned Werewolf but is still a Vampire too

I had a werewolf marry a vampire and since her job needed her to be outside a lot I cured her with a potent cure elixir the game froze for a little bit and when it started running again I had the werewolf bite her. Now 2 days after her bite (in-game time) she is a werewolf and a vampire with the thirst moodlet but the game recognizes her as a vampire so she cannot drink from a sim and cannot get plasma juice from the fridge either. I have to keep running the game with a cheat to keep her alive is this a glitch and since curing her the first time didn't work will it if I do the process again? Or is my sim doomed to die?

I would just try to do it again.
